Year 13 examination results 2022
We are extremely proud of the achievements of Year 13 students this year, having sat the first public examinations in three years. Students in Year 13 have experienced a life of education unlike many others before them, having had to work through lockdowns and home learning, and having not sat GCSE examinations. As a result, they should be particularly proud of their wonderful results.
Students have made significant and pleasing progress, as reflected in some excellent results. Nineteen students achieved three A grades or above. Six students achieved three A* grades or more. 56% of A level grades were A*-B, and the average BTEC grade is a Distinction. We wish our Year 13 leavers all the very best for the future and a huge well done from everyone at Darrick Wood School.
