In collaboration with Waste Week, the second instalment of World Kitchen will focus on creating dishes from unwanted food items and leftovers. We’re asking you to look in your fridge and create a dish from food that will otherwise be thrown away. What a great way to get creative, save money and help the environment! Better still, as part of the National Waste Week Campaign, you can enter your dish into The Great Busta Bake Competition.
