Bugsy Malone Performances at Darrick Wood School

Darrick Wood’s performance of “Bugsy Malone” will be held on Wednesday, 22nd November, and Thursday, 23rd November at 7.30pm in the Hall.  This is an extremely popular musical, with students across each key stage involved as performers, musicians and back stage assistants. Written by Alan Parker, it tells the story of Bugsy and the excitement surrounding Fat Sam’s Nightclub. It includes all those songs made popular by the screenplay – “Fat Sam’s Grand Slam”, “Tomorrow”, “Bad Guys”, ” My Name is Tallulah” and “You Give a Little Love”.

The students are preparing an amazing show and their commitment and energy will provide a dazzling night of entertainment.  Tickets to support our talented students can be purchased from pupil reception and are priced at £6 for adults, £3 concessions.  A family tickets consisting of 2 adults and 2 concessions can also be purchased for £15.

We look forward to seeing you there!
